Invited by Maestro Valery Gergiev, the Samara Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre brings its staging of Sergei Slonimsky’s chamber opera ‘The Master and Margarita’ to the Mariinsky Theatre of Saint Petersburg, Russia. On 16 November 2023 Mikhail Gubsky will take part in the performance staged by Yuri Alexandrov and led by the Music Director Eugene Khokhlov.
