The anticipated premiere of Puccini’s Madama Butterfly staged in a pop-art style by Denis Azarov and Alexey Tregubov at the Kolobov Novaya Opera Theatre will take place on 23 October 2018 under the baton of Maestro Jan Latham-Koenig.

Mikhail Gubsky will perform the role of Lieutenant Pinkerton. Elizaveta Soina — Cio-Cio-San, Anastasia Bibicheva — Suzuki, Artyom Garnov — Sharpless.
